HAPPY 1/2 WAY TO 100!!!Happy Birthday Mom!
Yesterday's SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY was a big success. We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday surrounded by nearly 50 of our family members and friends. She's spending today (her actual birthday) in Greenville at the Cancer Center for an appointment -- say a prayer that we'll be blessed with good results again. She and Daddy will wrap up her birthday with a yummy dinner tonight at High Cotton followed by the stage adaptation of To Kill a Mockingbird at The Peace Center. Ironically Harper Lee's timeless novel is celebrating its 50th birthday as well.
